Responsibilities
• Develop and ensure the most effective sales strategies for the automotive audio products
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers’ needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
• Prepare reports on account status
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

Requirements
• Ideal candidate will have more than 5 years’ experience of program management or sales account experience at a Tire 1 or OEM supplier
• Must have knowledge of RF connectors
• BS/BA degree, Master’s degree preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel at least 50 % of the time
