• Develop the effective sales strategies
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers’ needs
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
• Prepare reports on account status for the director of Account and the Vice President
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

• Ideal candidate will have a few years’ experience of program management or sales account experience at a Tire 1 or OEM supplier
• BS/BA degree, Master’s degree preferred
• Proffered to have B2B sales experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time (Locally and outside of Michigan)
