Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to all levels
– Potentially present findings to all sizes of groups
– Demonstrate the products to customers
– Troubleshoot any issues to satisfy customers’ needs
– Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– Associate’s degree or equivalent
– Have Engineer or Technical support background
– Must have great communication skills
– Previous experience with outside power equipment is a huge plus
– Monday through Friday (Flexible working hours)
– Limited travel is required
