Position: General Manager (Japanese Bilingual)
Salary: Up to $80k-$95k Depending on Experience and Qualifications
Location: Northwest Chicago Suburbs

A plastics industry manufacturing and supply company in the northwest Chicago suburbs is searching for candidates for a General Manager position that they have an immediate opening for.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage accounting and tax-related operations
• Create budgets, analyze and compare results to previous years as well as forecasts and estimations
• Minimize risks: ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and applicable laws
• Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to both Japanese and U.S. headquarters
• Relay information to both the VP and President

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certification. Accounting, Finance, or Tax backgrounds preferred
• Previous experience with Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Taxes
• Able to communicate fluently in both written and verbal English and Japanese
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Good Communication, both written and verbal
• Leadership ability (w/ motivational & cooperative aptitude)
• Good organization skills with good attention to details
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
