Location : Manhattan, NY

Responsibilities Include:
– Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to a wide range of clients in both English and Japanese
– Planning, scheduling, and supervising all Help Desk activities
– Prompt, professional, and effective communication with clients to ensure needs are met
– Training Help Desk staff on tech support techniques and other best practices
– Other responsibilities as assigned by managers

– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required
– At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Help Desk environment required
– At least 2 years’ IT Help Desk Management experience strongly preferred
– Exceptional written and oral communication skills in BOTH English AND Japanese
