We are currently looking for a Japanese / English Bilingual IT Help Desk Technician in Torrance, CA.

Summary of Responsibilities for a Japanese / English Bilingual IT Help Desk Technician:

**Both in English and Japanese

– Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT technical assistance over the phone or email
– Perform remote IT troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
– Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
– Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
– Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
– Provide accurate information on IT products or services
– Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
– Follow-up and update customer status and information
– Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
– Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
– Other job duties are assigned as required

Requirements for Japanese / English Bilingual IT Help Desk Technician:
– Fluent in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
– 1+ year of IT Help Desk experience or Accounting / Finance knowledge
– Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
