An international Japanese company is looking for Japanese / English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities for Japanese / English Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
-Develops Innovative methods for researching and gathering qualitative and quantitative data and insight based on client needs
-Interfaces with client to understand problems and formulate tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
-Leads Project Teams to conduct surveys of internal and external resources, as well as online/secondary sources of market intelligence
-Generates reports on policy trends and insight to help client achieve desired goals
-Analyzes, compiles and integrates critical data and insight useful to evaluating problems and creating solutions
-Provides detailed breakdowns of research results, summaries of new findings and recommend options for business solutions to client
-Performs presentations to demonstrate findings for clients and Project Members
-Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations and stay up-to-date with relevant subject matters
-Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements for Japanese / English Bilingual Customer Service Representative :
-Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Economics, Asian Studies, or other majors
-Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (speaking, writing, listening)
-Experience with Data Entry is also preferred·
-Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Must be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment·
-Must be able to work responsibly and effectively·
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
