A GLOBAL manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist in the Dayton, OH area. The ideal candidate will have previous Administrative experience in the Manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Project Manager/Coordinator for all administrative activities
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Support event planning for internal activities
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Support daily tasks in multiple departments
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

    Requirements:

  • MUST have Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years Administrative Project Management experience
  • MUST have experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both written and verbal English
