We are looking for a Recruiter Assistant. While working in our office, you will assist our recruiters with candidate search, database entry and phone interviews. We also have over-the-road vehicle testing projects we conduct for some of our clients. These projects can last from two weeks to three months, during which time you would be away from home for the duration of the project.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, Outlook and Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Japanese (Business Level or above preferred ).
Team player with a strong work ethic, organizational and problem-solving skills able to work in a multicultural environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Disciplines Related to Human Resources, Business, Communication, or Psychology ( preferred ).
VERY clean driving record with a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Required travel (100% during projects) as is requested.
Handle end to end recruitment process.
Follow up on leads for sales and recruiting.
Serves as first-reviewer of resumes and applications.
Different types of requirements (contract, contract to hire and full-time placements).
Maintain and update company database on all outgoing and incoming activities.
Meet and exceed daily goals for phone interviews, arranging client interviews and communicating with clients.
Provide full life cycle support including: quality control of requisitions by working with clients to create quality and accurate job objectives.
Able to recruit with a sense of urgency and deliver under pressure. Coordinate pre-mapped routes with specific directions made on Google maps.
Communicate with back office support in our Chicago office to report project status and discuss any issues or changes.
Perform minor troubleshooting of technical issues.
