Responsibilities:
• Cook high quality Japanese food, including sushi, sashimi, rolling sushi, tempura, etc.
• Make sure all operating follow Food and Quality safety
• Managing all kinds of food orders, such as raw materials and dry goods
• Train employees to provide customers high quality service, food and customer service
• Keep eye out on its market and provide fresh food

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Must have at least 5 years’ Sushi Chef experience at the Japanese Restaurant
• Japanese language skills are a huge plus
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be flexible to work in the diversity environment
