Job duties include :
• Handle customers’ queries in a timely and polite manner
• Maintain accurate knowledge of company structure so to direct customers through the proper channels should a problem arise
• Demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail so to assure the accuracy of all orders
• Advocate customers’ needs to relevant departments so to assure order fulfillment
• Other duties as assigned by managers
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Ability to think on the spot and generate appropriate solutions quickly
• Outgoing, inviting personality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
