A Manufacturing Company in the Bowling Green, KY area is searching for a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair its PLCs and robotic systems as needed.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:

-Troubleshoot and repair automated controls and robotic systems
-Also help fix mechanical issues with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
-Interpret schematics to locate defects on any equipment or controls
-Assist with any facility maintenance issues such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, etc.
-Help out with any general facility maintenance

Requirements of Maintenance Technician:

-Minimum high school diploma or GED
-Any level of experience is fine
-Be willing to work 2nd shift
-Must be proficient with PLC and robotics troubleshooting and repairing
-Prior experience in manufacturing facility is required; automotive preferred
-Must be able to work quickly
-Excellent leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)

This position is required to work in a manufacturing environment facility. When in the plant, the worker is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hard hats, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.
