An international manufacturer in the Cleveland, OH area suburbs are searching for candidates for a HR/Admin Assistant for their office location

• Coordinate meetings for executives, organize file system, organize travel schedules
• Maintain employee records, be a part of job postings, hiring, and on-boarding
• Manage heal insurance plans and work on annual liability insurance
• Coordinating yearly performance reviews
• Greet scheduled visitors and answer/route telephone calls
• Any additional tasks from the Senior Admin
Responsibilities Include:
• Bachelors degree with 5 years of HR/Administration experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products
• Able to commute fluently in both written and verbal English (Japanese language a plus)
• This position will not support visa sponsorship
