An International Insurance company located in Torrance, CA is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team!

Responsibilities:
• Processing sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports
• Data entry to track the clients information and other necessary services to customers
• Answer phone calls, conveys messages, and monitors the flow Email
• Assist other administrative duties including simple bookkeeping matter
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills, prefer to understand Japanese(Speak, Read, and Write)
• Team and Details Oriented
• Prefer to be strong at computer / IT related issue such as trouble shooting
